Where is your shop located?
We are located on the West Side of Pearl downtown district, in downtown Boulder at 845 Walnut Street.
Do you offer gift cards?
We are so glad you are sharing our love of heirloom hytte items with someone. You can find our gift cards “here” on our website. (please add online gift card option or a placeholder to show me if I need to finalize this portion.)
Do you offer design or styling services?
While currently we are still working out the small details around this process, we are planning to offer this service in the very near future. We would like to make sure this is a service we will do well, and want to take the time to fine-tune all the bits.
Orders & Shipping:
Do you provide gift wrapping?
Yes, gift wrapping is available for an additional fee of $5. Please specify that you would like gift wrapping at checkout and share a personal note to include with your gift. (Note: some unusually shaped or oversized items are not able to be gift wrapped. If this is the case, you will be notified by email and the gift wrap fee will be refunded.)
When will my order ship?
In stock inventory will be shipped within 5 business days. Furniture and larger freight items are not shipped at the time. Locally made custom furniture or artwork may require 3-6 weeks of lead time for the maker to make. You will receive a separate email notification with tracking information when your order ships.
Do you offer in store pickup?
Yes, we offer in-store pickup for customers in the Boulder area. Please select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout, and shipping fees will be automatically deducted from your order. Your items will be ready for pick-up the following business day during our opening hours (Tues-Fri 11-6pm, Sat- Sun 10-5pm, except holiday closures.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery in the Boulder area (and 25-mile radius) for a $150 fee. Denver delivery can be also quoted by request. Please email hello@hytteandco.com for a quote or to arrange a time for your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We want you to fall in love with all of your Hytte & Co products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@hytteandco.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
+ Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase date, or within 14 days or receipt.
+ Items must be returned in unused and undamaged condition.
+ Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
+ You are responsible for return shipping costs.
+ Sale items are not returnable.
